We perform all services with professionalism, using appropriate equipment, approved products, and industry best practices. Because many of our services involve labor, customized treatment plans, and products that cannot be recovered after use, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered if:
A client pays for a service that cannot be provided due to circumstances solely caused by Migori Pest Control.
A duplicate payment is made for the same service.
A billing error or overpayment occurs.
The service is cancelled by Migori Pest Control before work begins.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be issued when:
The service has been fully completed as agreed.
The client changes their mind after the service has been delivered.
Pest activity continues due to new infestations, poor sanitation, structural conditions, or failure to follow the aftercare recommendations provided by our technicians.
The client refuses or prevents our team from completing the agreed service after work has commenced.
Delays or reduced effectiveness result from factors outside our control.
Service Concerns
If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us as soon as possible. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, may schedule a follow-up inspection or recommend additional treatment to help resolve the issue. Our goal is to provide fair and practical solutions whenever possible.
Cancellations
Clients are encouraged to notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made before our team has been dispatched may qualify for a full refund if payment was made in advance.
If our technicians have already travelled to the service location or work has begun, reasonable charges may apply to cover costs already incurred.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable period. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
